  1. What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards, and check-out is until 11.00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and supplements will apply.  Please contact the hotel directly

  1. Does the hotel offer luggage storage?

Yes, complimentary luggage storage is available for guests before check-in and after check-out.

The hotel offers a range of rooms including Classic Rooms, Club Rooms without Balcony and Club Rooms with Balcony, and a spacious Suite designed for added comfort.

  1. Do the rooms include free Wi-Fi?

Yes, all rooms and public areas include complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi.

  1. Are there Tea & Coffee Facilities in the rooms?

Yes all our bedrooms have Tea & Coffee Making Facilities.

Our Club Rooms also have Nespresso Coffee Machines.

  1. Are there Safes in the Rooms?

Yes, all rooms come fitted with a safe.

This depends on the booking package. Both room-only and bed-and-breakfast rates are available.

Yes, complimentary limited on-site parking is available for guests, subject to availability.  We do not reserve parking spaces.

The Address Cork is approximately a 10–15 minute walk from Cork city centre.

  1. Do you offer airport transfers?

Airport transfers are not included, but the hotel can assist in arranging taxis or providing public transport information.

Cancellation policies may vary depending on your package.  Flexible rates often allow free cancellation up to a certain time before arrival; advance purchase rates are strictly non-refundable.
